- Who is your audience? Is it potential customers who are currently using your products or services? Is it your employees you are wanting to train?
- What do you want to accomplish with your video? Do you want to make people more aware of your brand? Or maybe you want to tell your customers about an exciting new feature.
- What visuals can be the most compelling? I know we’re talking about scriptwriting here, but keeping the visuals in mind will make scriptwriting so much easier. In the old saying: “don’t tell them show them!”
- What are the three or four most important points you wanna make? You might be featuring a new product or it’s features–people want to see it
One important thing to keep in mind while working throughout the entire production process is that you have to keep it short and simple and that’s the key. Make it simple and keep it short!
